this was the update that i thought didnt go thorugh.. thank god for auto save!
Last night's dinner was a horrible experience!
i barely ate the beetroot and kacang buncis! i only had the ice cream and apple (which IS also part of the dinner menu). So basically, i didnt have dinner except ice cream and apple which made me angry. i was also trying to justify to Mr. Hubby that the diet wont work on me (and myself.. heheh) i mean.. if i'm already about 50kg (which is kononnya my ideal weight..), losing the *supposedly* 4.5kg will make me about 45.5kg... which is very kurus already. too kurus already! huhuhu.
so boleh ke? will the diet work on me? will there be a difference? a major difference? if i have to starve for 3 loooonnnggg days, i should be able to see at least some difference lah kan...
so, anyway... today - Day 2 of the 4.5kg Diet
Breakfast
1 slice of bread
1 egg (poached/ boiled)
1/2 of a mid-size banana
i made my own "telur separuh masak".. heheh.
Then... before lunch. i was gonna meet Sab at KLCC. i was to have to my *diet* lunch and Sab watever scrumptious lucnh (we had lunch at Secret Recipe... food was horrible! don't go there during lunch!!). SO.. as always, i will go to the ladies to relieve myself and then walk to KLCC. at the ladies, i bumped into my colleague who first started this diet. so she asked, how i had my chicken... so i told (read: complain and whine!) her that i had chicken slice only.. and that the beetroot was tak sedap giler! and then she said,
fren: "salahlah.. u patut beli the beetroot in the can and then chicken tu, is a small piece of chicken breast"
me: ye ke? patutlah tak sedap giler dinner i semalam. betul ke boleh lose weight? i rase mcm tak boleh je (kononnya mcm diet tu wont worklah..)
fren: boleh!! my sister buat.. she lost 10 kg. tapi die buat 2 kalilah... u start over again lah!
me: start over? (feeling happy already... dreaming of soursop gelato already...)
fren: start barulah... u kena buat betul2. kena follow the weight tu betul2
me: oklah! i start next week... weekends takleh.. ade wedding.. susah!
so... no *diet* lunch... i had instead vegetarian soba and green apple kasturi at secret recipe. which i ate only the salad and mushroom... and also the YUMMYLICIOUS soursop ice cream from gelato! yummy!!!! u guys should try it!!
