i am suppose to go to my apartment to clean it up a little

i had to weddings to attend yesterday

met my fren at the wedding..
her baby is SOOO comel...
only 2 months old and so fair and comel
and no.. i dont discriminate babies..
all babies are cute

enough to get me the *FREE* tickets
they are selling t-shirts
so go to urbanscapes next weekend and go to their booth k

moving on...
i dont have much to write...
uuhhh.... ade ade...i cleaned my apartment with mommy and now i have backache... and my mom is cool as ever.. i.e. sans back pain.. went to Ikea to give house stuff. so exciting k! that was on saturday.. went to ikea again on sunday with my cousin.. then went over to the apartment to fix this Ikea lamp that someone gave as a weddign gift.. so cool okay!
so now i have a lamp in my apartment... hehe
just now.. right after work.. Mr. Hubby and i went to Courts to check out the washing machine and refridgerator. things are expensive... oil hike not helping... Mr. Hubby is not too keen on ulang-aliking from my parents to the apartment... hhppffff
i am like SO excited getting new stuff for the aparrtment... the only thing im afraid to know is the renovation works.. for the kitchen, wiring for the air conditioning... i am hoping for some help from me parents. crossing me fingers!
and i am also trying to get preggie... initially i thot i'd wait till end of this year. get things sorted out... moving into the new place, saving up a little , you know the usual but then... i hear stories of ladies who have been trying for years before be able to get pregnant... the thot is scary... what if i cant pregnant, what if there's something wrong with me...
so we decided to just go for it...
have been reading a lot online on things you should and should not do in order to get pregnant. one thing i cannot not have is caffeine. i take coffee but i am a teh'o' junkie... i take everything with teh'o'... but i am trying to reduce my tea intake. i have to exercise... hahahah.. i am now, in fact trying to terminate my gym membership. i walk from the klcc lrt to and from my office every morning and evening. i think that's exercise enough!
and then the other day, my mom told that she read somewhere that those trying to get pregnant cant take cheese... darn it.. no more double cheese bun in the morning for me.. ish!
oh... for you gals trying to get preggie... take FOLIC ACID. you dont necessary have to be pregnant only to take folic acid.. you can take it even when you're trying to get pregnant.

one year since the engagement..
9 June 2008 - exactly one year ago… I got engaged to my then-boyfriend whom is my now-husband. How time flies… we have been married for 4 months and 9 days but hey who’s counting, right? Heheh…
I remember the day… it was a Saturday. I slept late the night before, helping out with the hantaran and all… I wasn’t nervous.. not at all… only when the ‘rombongan’ arrived… I got super-nervous.. heheh.. biasalah kan..
The event was at 4pm and I was already at 8am plus I think.. I had to go do my hair at the salon. I didn’t have any make-up artist coming over. It was a last minute thing. It was suppose to be a ‘sarung cincin’ thing but since my MIL wanted to give buah tangan so jadilah tunang with hantaran and all. I did the hantaran myself which got modified when my aunty came… cis! The theme was pink and my poor then-bf had to wear pink.. kih kih kih. Anyways… I did my hair at the salon.. came back at about 11am… got half ready coz it was SOOOO hot.. seriously panas ok.. and my house is small and no air-cond in the living room… can u imagine!
I started with my make-up at 2 pm.. yes I did my own make-up. My skin was so much better then.. seriously.. im having more problems with pimples and maybe acne now then I ever did before I got engaged. So wearing makeup was a breeze aka cepat!
Then cousins and aunties and uncles came. It was a small ‘do’ coz of space constraint.. but it was fun and panas! It rained at about 6 pm.. thanfully after everone ate. Later we found out why it only rained at 6pm… rupa-rupa nyer was boiling lesung (the pestel or was it the mortar, but the smaller stone of the pestel and mortar… are u confused??) and my brother switched off the fire at about that time… and it rained! Itu petua orang-orang dulu.. there are many that I’ve heard to avoid rain or bad things from happening at big events especially weddings.. My mom did something else too… tanam and campak something in the garden.. I cant remember what now. Will ask her later..

It has been awhile since I last wrote… I have been super busy with work and personal life.. * wink, wink * anyways… I have loads to tell..
First of all, I lost my hp again… the second time this year and within 2 months and I was just beginning to like my Nokia 6300.. I have my redang photos.. sedih jugaklah.. the thing is kan… I don’t know how I lost it.. seriously, I don’t. We had lunch at Rasa Sayang at Jln Yap Kwan Seng… I was on the phone with Mr. Hubby, so I still had it with me during lunch. After lunch, I went to Oldtown Kopitiam to get my all time favourite tea... “White Milk Tea”, I was quite sure I had it with me… then we went back to the office.
I wanted to call Mr. Hubby to tell him about my ‘white Milk Tea”.. I couldn’t find it.. called the restaurant… and of course they could ‘find’ it lah.. tak puas hati.. I wen tback to the reaturant.. looked for it myself and of course, I couldn’t find it. but I felt better since ‘I’ couldn’t fnd it.. look for it everywhere but takde jugak..
So that’s that…
I got a new hp now.. huhuhu… a better version of my Palm Treo 680… its Palm Centro… I likey like. Hehehe… so syok! The operating system is still the same as Treo 680 but its much lighter and cheaper too.. if it wasn’t cheaper, I wouldn’t have even look at it… much less buy it…
So, what else is new? Hhmmm… oh! I went to Bukit Tinggi over the weekend… well, the place was in the area but it was in some forest… okay.. despite being in the hutan and far from civilization, I had fun. It was actually a family day organized by my dad for his intake (this was the group of friends which joined the army).

the place was really pretty and huge!! seriously... it had river/stream running through... small waterfall, a medium-sized pond for fishing... they have this balinese style house with an adjoining open air bathroom... the bathroom had a small hut/ wakaf, a jacuzzi and of course shower and toilet.. so you can imagine how big the bathroom is. Mr. Hubby took photos of the bathroom but i havent the chance to get it from him.. nantilah..
