elections

what's your take on the elections this year?

for me.. this is the FIRST time i'll be voting.. woo hoo! where? sekolah agama near my parent's place... but don't ask who is contesting coz i don't know who he is... its a chinese guy.. that is about all i know.. heheh..

but i *do* know Nurul Izzah is contesting against Shahrizat in Lembah Pantai this year.. though its not my constituency.. (big words for me... ;-) ) i wsihed i was voting there.. i kinda like Nurul Izzah but i want Shahrizat to win... i want BN to win anyway..

on the other side of things... election is a very "wedding-ish" date.. 8th March which translates into 08-03-08... very symbolic and cantik number... a fren is getting married on that day.. in Kedah summore

hubby and i planned to drive up to alor setar after we're done with voting... well, that was the plan until i told my parents last night about the trip... then they started saying things about this elections is a critical one... not safe to drive up... and very far summore.. if anything should happen, you're very far... when i've already told my frenwe were going just the day before... and not to mention the "guilt-trip" thing my mom did for extra measure ... which makes both of us even more reluctant to go... sucks isn't it! super sucks! i really wanted to go... not much for the wedding but more for the road-trip with hubby!

ok enough about that.. went for a wedding yesterday.. the guy married to Azawatie of TV3.. agak lawa..

i have to start going to the gym..
