uuhhh.... ade ade...i cleaned my apartment with mommy and now i have backache... and my mom is cool as ever.. i.e. sans back pain.. went to Ikea to give house stuff. so exciting k! that was on saturday.. went to ikea again on sunday with my cousin.. then went over to the apartment to fix this Ikea lamp that someone gave as a weddign gift.. so cool okay!
so now i have a lamp in my apartment... hehe
just now.. right after work.. Mr. Hubby and i went to Courts to check out the washing machine and refridgerator. things are expensive... oil hike not helping... Mr. Hubby is not too keen on ulang-aliking from my parents to the apartment... hhppffff
i am like SO excited getting new stuff for the aparrtment... the only thing im afraid to know is the renovation works.. for the kitchen, wiring for the air conditioning... i am hoping for some help from me parents. crossing me fingers!
and i am also trying to get preggie... initially i thot i'd wait till end of this year. get things sorted out... moving into the new place, saving up a little , you know the usual but then... i hear stories of ladies who have been trying for years before be able to get pregnant... the thot is scary... what if i cant pregnant, what if there's something wrong with me...
so we decided to just go for it...
have been reading a lot online on things you should and should not do in order to get pregnant. one thing i cannot not have is caffeine. i take coffee but i am a teh'o' junkie... i take everything with teh'o'... but i am trying to reduce my tea intake. i have to exercise... hahahah.. i am now, in fact trying to terminate my gym membership. i walk from the klcc lrt to and from my office every morning and evening. i think that's exercise enough!
and then the other day, my mom told that she read somewhere that those trying to get pregnant cant take cheese... darn it.. no more double cheese bun in the morning for me.. ish!
oh... for you gals trying to get preggie... take FOLIC ACID. you dont necessary have to be pregnant only to take folic acid.. you can take it even when you're trying to get pregnant.
FOLIC ACID is sometimes called folate, is a B vitamin (B9) found mostly in
leafy green vegetables like kale and spinach, orange juice, and enriched
grains. Repeated studies have shown that women who get 400 micrograms (0.4
milligrams) daily prior to conception and during early pregnancy reduce the
risk that their baby will be born with a serious neural tube defect (a birth
defect involving incomplete development of the brain and spinal cord) by up
to 70%
so i have been a good mommy-to-be and have been taking folic acid for a month plus already... i think folic acid is making my nails stronger. my nails doesnt break so easily now... but that's just me...
sleepy now.. need to daily dose of facebook before i sleep...
