its been about 5 weeks since i last wrote
that abt the time mr. hubby has been gone
so another 6 weeks or so to go
feels damn long till christmas
and so ive decided to slim down a little
to look good for mr. hubby when he gets back
im now continuing my breakfast of oats in the morning
though it doesnt fill me up much
ive also taken on jogging ard the apartment area
i try more than once a week
but with this rainy weather
not an easy task
workload at office isnt helping much either
ive also forced myself to turn in to bed earlier
like 10 or 11 ish
so no tv on weekdays
tv is my ultimate vice since mr. hubby is away
and also internet
so.. no internet and tv unless...
i get home early like by 8pm
otherwise its a big no-no
so far.. sleeping early has done wonders to me
i wake earlier... heheh
not being late for work
and im sleepy at about the same time everyday
even on weekends!
yeay for me!
i think i need that kind of routine in my life
so that's that..
i have not lost any weight
much to my dismay
i need to lose another kilo
to get back to my original weight
and maybe another 2 kilos would be nice
well.. ive got about 6 weeks
gotta get healthy snacks to much at the office
