home a lot

i pretty much stayed at home almost the whole week. by thursday, i was crazy. so when Mr. Hubby (now affectionately named MH.. too long to write Mr. Hubby... heheh) came home, we went out grocery shopping at Giza Sunway... walked slowly everywhere. ok.. everywhere was Village Grocer and Times Bookstore... and Bodyshop, which i got another rm15 voucher... hehe. love love!

then Friday, we 'had' to go on another grocery shopping trip. our supposedly err.. 1 hour trip turned into 3 hour one. i dont know how that happened. i really dont. we wanted to buy chicken, serai and chilli. ok not 'we' but 'me' and 'me' always, always go overboard. always!! and of course, we bought more rm100 worth of stuff. MH was not a happy camper. anyway... you know how they have these little kiosks selling houses with the salesperson giving out brochures.. yeah, those aaaand we saw one that we really like. a semi-d with lots of garden space. i can grow stuff in the garden and MH can have his dinner parties that he always wanted.

BUUTTT... its in Puncak Alam. the guy said its 40 mins from Kota Damansara and he also said that at the bungalows lot, if you go up the water tower, you can see ships!! FREAKING SHIPS!! we are like 32 km from the freaking sea!! its so far!!! but the house is so nice... and the garden.. we want the garden...

saturday. MH had the Energizer Night Race that evening/night. I had a cousin's son's birthday party cum wedding briefing/meeting. i so wanted to go the ENR. i even trained for it.. a little.. before the surgery. so frustrating! i think i cant even go to the KL Marathon. so sad!! ggrrr.... geram!

went to KLIA on sunday to send my dad to Bangkok. my mom and sis in Korea. Im so jealous of them.. travelling here and there. i told MH that i want to go on a holiday before i go do anymore surgeries or IVF. coz once im doing that, there is no turning back...

oh.. i made Donna Hay's Lemon Yogurt cake. since there was the birthday party cum wedding briefing. i thought, PERFECT! a reason to bake. i made it and it turned out well..  but it taste so sour.. i should have guessed right, lemon and yogurt. i think im going try to tweak the recipe a bit.

ok, im going go off now. gonna think of how im going to tweak the recipe. bye!
