New home maybe...

we went to Giant to get groceries. told the maid we would only take an hour but we came back after 3 hours.. why??

first.. as usual we bought more things than listed. second of all... we saw a house that we like. semi-detached.

where you ask? shah alam 2.. where is shah alam 2 you ask? its about 40 mins away from Kota Damansara and Subang Jaya and about an hour away from my office in KL. so so so far!!

but with landed property prices not getting cheaper in the surrounding areas such as Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur, so we have to go further out.

so.. the salesperson asked us to go see the area first before deciding to buy it. so, MH and his parents went over to see the place. i didnt go coz i had to get ready for my cousin's wedding. the house that we originally wanted was not available anymore :-( but they had another area which was still available, in fact there were only 3 left including a show house unit, an end-lot unit and another normal (i think) and all 3 of them fell in love with the house. my in-laws got the show house unit and MH went for the end-lot unit..

and so, we are now in the midst of getting all our docs ready for the loan.

what im most excited about is the decorating, buying the furniture, renovating... hehehe.. MH is not amused.
