SO....
I am on a diet! Before you say… not again! Let me justify why! I have my wedding reception a.k.a “Majlis Bertandang” a.k.a the boy’s reception. Anyway, its next Saturday!! Fitting for my dress is this Saturday!!! I have not been dieting and I am so afraid that I might have put on weight… darn it!! So, im trying this diet… lets just call it the “The 10 lbs Diet” or “The 4.5kg Diet”. 10lbs = 4.5 kg… geddit?
What I’m supposed to do is just follow the menu. Very easy! Easy-peasy! No changing/varying or adding anything onto the menu. The diet works on the chemical reaction of the food in our body… or something like that.
This diet works on chemical breakdown and is proven. DO NOT VARY or SUBSTITUTE any of the food. Salt and pepper to be used and not other seasonings. When no quantity is given there are no restrictions other than common sense. This diet is to be used for 3 days at a time. I the 3 days, you will lose 10lbs (4.5kg); after 3 days of dieting, you can eat normally. But remember not to OVER DO IT! You will lose up to 40lbs (18kg) in a month if you stick to it. Toast is to be dry – no butter or margarine. Tuna, string beans and beetroot can be frozen. Ice cream has to be vanilla. Black tea/ coffee must be without sugar.
Day 1 Menu
Breakfast
Black coffee/ tea (no sugar/ lemon or whatever u usually add in) a.k.a the ‘o’ kosong OR kopi’o’ kosong
1 slice of toast
2 tsp of peanut butter
1 grapefruit
As at 11.58am update --> I am surviving. Usually by this hour, I would be very hungry. But so far, I’m okay… maybe it’s the tasteless tea I’ve been drinking this whole morning.
Lunch
Black coffee/ tea
I slice of toast
4oz of tuna (in water)
12.07 pm --> I am officially hungry!!
2.59pm --> Dah makan! I still feel like munching… and I have munchies at the office but I CAN’T have them… I’m not so sure if I can survive till Friday.. 3-day remember?? This is what I’m gonna have for dinner…
Dinner
1 slice of cold meat (chicken/ turkey)
1 cup of string/ long beans (a.k.a kacang panjang or kacang buncis)
4oz of beetroot (eewwww!)
4oz of ice-cream (yayay!!!!.. maybe I should get vanilla gelato on the way home..hhmmm…)
1 small apple (yay!!!…)
Tomorrow’s menu is for tomorrow… wish me luck so I can last till Friday!
